Author Elf Membership
What does an annual membership include?
You will have a personal Author Elf who manages your calendar for the year.
Upon receipt of your membership, we’ll contact you to get all of your upcoming release dates and discuss your plans for the year. Next up, we’ll maintain a calendar for you and send email reminders for upcoming deadlines at your request.
Each quarter (every 3 months) we'll visit your website, blog, and facebook pages to be sure all the information is current, all your links are working, and all of your books and buy links are present. We’ll email you if we find anything missing or broken.
We will also maintain an author folder for each of your books. When you email us your new book covers, blurbs, highlighted reviews, excerpts, buy links, book trailer links, etc. We will keep the information organized and ready for adding to guest blog posts, newsletters, etc. No more digging through you manuscript for an excerpt, or hunting through your hard drive for that 5 star review. Just email your elf and we’ll get it over to you, no problem!
As a member, your elf will also set up Google alerts for all of your book titles and pass along PR-worthy reviews.
You membership also gives you access to our Author Elf Menu of Services. We offer flat fee services ranging from building a new website, designing bookmarks and promo materials, to writing author newsletters and hosting book release parties on Facebook.
We’re also building an Elf social network. As our author list grows, so will your reach as your new releases hit the bookstore shelves. (or virtual Amazon shelves) Our Author Elf Twitter and Facebook pages will be tooting our horn for all of our authors and cross-promoting to help you find new readers.
From the moment you join us, you’re no longer alone in your promotion. You’ve got an elf working behind the scenes to help you keep all your promotions straight.
What’s it cost?
Being authors ourselves, we know paying a full or even part-time assistant isn’t in the budget, but having an elf on your team is very affordable, and you can choose to purchase flat fee tasks for extra support whenever you need it.
Author Elf offers an annual membership for $200.00.
This membership entitles you to all of the support listed above, as well as access to our Menu of Services. Our goal is to help you free up time and relieve some of the stress so that you can write.
For less than $20 a month, you have a helper ready to keep you organized and focused, and when you need extra support we’ll be right there to lend a hand.

Why do I have to sign up for a year?

The publishing world changes at a rapid pace, and we will do our best to help you keep up with it, supporting you whether you’re traditionally published, ePublished or self-published.
